1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized wallpapers and décor.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Items damaged after installation or improper use.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, first check your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at returns@livora.co.uk with a detailed description and pictures of the defect.

Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized orders, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
